If you have created a user name and password, only use this for your registration. This is directly linked to your personal information. When registering other people, DO NOT ENTER YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD. Rather, go below the blue bar labeled OR and enter the participants information there.
Team Registration
Teams registering online must have their captain register first before other team members can register. The Team Captain will be given a Team Code to pass along to other members so they may join the team.
Team Member Lists
Team Captains can find a list of members that have signed up for their team by clicking the Confirmed Athletes tab above. Then select the By Team radio button and enter their team name within quotes (i.e. "Team Billy"). Team names must be entered exactly as originally set up and in quotes). Then click Search. This will be a complete list of online and offline registrations. Offline registrations are entered weekly so their may be a slight delay.

6:30AM - On-site registration, bib number and T-shirt pick-up begins and continues until 8:00 AM
8:00AM - Covey Run 10K Race Open only to adults age 21 and older
8:15AM - smartwater 5K Fun Run + Walk Open to all ages
9:00AM - Post-event festival area opens in the grassy bowl at the Redhook Ale Brewery
9:30AM - Race Awards Ceremony - Mainstage
9:45AM - Grape Eating Contest
10:00AM - Fundraising and Festival Awards
11:00AM - Post-event festival area closes
